Up to 20 Fingerprints for you and your family, It comes with a master key to unlock with any fingerprint in times of need.
FINGERPRINT LOCK- Does it need batteries and what if the power runs out?
Yes it needs three AAA batteries. You can jump start the sensor by using a powerbank in case of emergency.
Warranty Period for Kilov Kompac & Kontaen Products?
We extended our warranty period to 6 months for all mechanical & hinges parts. 1 year warranty for Fingerprint Sensor & Digital Keypad Locks. All locks replacement can be done at our respective office.
Additional 2 or 3 years warranty can be purchase same day of purchase of Kilov products.
Any refunds?
Cancellation and refund can be made before receiving the item. No refunds after delivery.

Can the material withstand the heat and rain?
Our Kilov Drop Box is made of Galvanised Steel to withstand Singapore climate
Mounting outside the house?
For SCDF they require 1.2m clearance for safety and emergencies. But corridor still belongs to HDB/TC, if they require you to remove, you still have to comply to it.
We got removable screw-heads so you can remove easily.
