delivery food ppl automatically put the food inside the kave box… however the delivery ppl still left my packages on the god damm floor 10/10
I love their prompt response and assurance of stock (website suddenly stated there was no stock). Ordered on Tuesday and it was installed on Wednesday. The person who did the installation was super professional- fast and guided us through the digital lock usage.

Love the finishes and it matches our common corridor color. The functionality also smooth and suit the purpose for receiving our parcel without any worry of lost mail.
Best decision ever! The installation guy was kind enough to contact me as he cant contact my husband. The password process was also easy. So convenient. The day we put it out we also had parcel delivered to us. So happy now can shop without worrying anyone at home . Hehe. 😊👍

I think i was very lucky to be able to get their last piece of the Sand with Digital Key.
Customer service was also friendly and managed to answer all my questions and finally made the purchase on 30/3/24.
Finally it got delivered on 31/3/24 because I was too excited and couldnt wait so i paid express for the delivery.
As for the delivery, it was a smooth process along with guy who helped me with the set up. Friendly delivery guy too!
